302 Red Robin Trail

This jaw-dropping parade home is designed by Crissy Greene of Elle Design & Decor / Home Elements Studio and built by Brett Breaux of BECC Homes. Architecturally designed by Natalie Fraychineaud of NMF Architecture, this house combines traditional materials, such as brick and raw wood with sleek steel features and gold accents. This all-painted exterior presents a refreshing take on a traditional style home with an expansive front porch sitting under two levels of dormer windows. Upon entering this home, unique architectural details sing. The cathedral-ceiling in the living room is complemented by a custom old wood truss system in the adjacent glassed-in porch. A steel bi-parting door system, separating the two spaces, completely disappears into the walls, making an already grand space even more impressive.

Perfect for entertaining, this home’s elegant flare maintains a casual, inviting atmosphere. The custom drapes and furnishings within this home make this space unlike anything you have seen before, as every area has been thought out in detail. This home combines art from local artists with antique European fragments to create a traditional yet updated aesthetic. This home features an upstairs bunk-room complete with a kitchenette, bathroom and the ultimate gaming space consisting of a sunken-lounging area. This home’s immaculate one-of-a kind multi-layered pool and spa are the perfect compliment to the interior. The landscaping design perfectly accents the front and backyard outdoor areas, as details such as custom fire features and a unique treehouse make this backyard a true wonder. Make sure to not miss any part of Crissy Greene’s personal, cutting-edge masterpiece that is sure to influence the design world for years to come.
